  Can it be used outdoors?

  Yes! Our fort building kits are resilient and versatile, so they can be used inside the home and out. When you’re kicking back in the garden on a sunny day, your kids can build their secret space complete with a roof to shield them from the sunshine.

  Can I wash the fabric?

  Yes. The fabric used for our forts is polyester. Simply take apart the fort, remove the poles and put the fabric squares in the washing machine. They’ll come out stain-free and ready to reuse when dry.

  How big can you build?

  Our kits are designed to grow with your children. So, the bigger they get and more space they desire, the more modules they can add. Our happy customers are often surprised they can stand up in the fort once built and not feel cramped for space. We’re still in the process of tweaking our product to make it bigger and better in every way, so keep your eyes peeled for expansions.

  Is it sturdy?

  As sturdy as it gets. When our children came up with the idea, we worked together to build forts from cardboard. Although this worked well, we wanted something even more resilient. So, we adapted our modular fort building kits to use poles like those in tents to support the structure. We found that this new design was 10 times sturdier than cardboard, and easier to take down and rebuild.

  Do I have to use other furniture to support it?

  Although Epic Fun Forts can be built around your existing furniture like tables, chairs and couches, they’re designed to stand on their own. That way, all your children will only need one fort building kit to create their perfect hideout.

  Do I need to use a bedsheet?

  No, the kit comes complete with everything you need to build your own fort. The fabric squares serve as the walls of the structure, which means you don’t have to worry about damaging a perfectly good bed-sheet or duvet cover for your kids to have fun.

  Is it dark inside?

  The fabric we have chosen for our forts allows light to pour in through the structure, so your children can feel safe, comfortable and creative inside their unique space. Just like a tent, people outside can’t see through the fabric, making the fort a fun and secretive place for your kids to play.
